iHerb seriously has almost everything you need for the mind, body and soul. Their range of honey's and teas are really good, and WAY cheaper than buying it from Singapore.
Customer service was really great, they responded to my email within 1 day and sorted out my issue.
I've always been interested to try out Gnossem after hearing about it from a friend. Found some really gorgeous statement necklaces there and bought a unique piece from Keri Et Sol that I've not seen anywhere else before. It cost about $80, quality and everything was great. Looked just like it did in the picture and delivery was no problem.
On the site, they offer styling tips per product which I find really helpful!
Free Shipping though took 5 days to get it.
I am glad I'm not the only victim of Brandsfever SG. I purchased a Kate Spade handbag and after waiting for close to 3 months, they haven't delivered it to me and have offered a refund. Still no refund after 1 month as well. Sigh, I called them a couple of times but they always politely say that the money will be returned as soon as possible else call back. Super disappointed with Brandsfever, beware everyone.

I have read so many good and bad reviews of Zalora recently so I wanted to give it a try for myself since I saw a nice backpack there. I ordered a Hershcel backpack as it was 20% cheaper than when I saw it at retail.
Used Paypal and all good. The backpack arrived in 3 days time, good condition. Generally very happy with my experience. I'm not sure if I am considered lucky cos there are lots of reviews out there that says that Zalora Sg's customer service is bad. But for me this time, I didn't experience that.
With so many online stores selling books now, I quite like Open Trolley (Singapore-based) because they have a good variety of Books and a "discount code" section often offering between 10-20% off orders! Down-side: NO free delivery but they have Self Collection at Plaza Singapura.
I prefer Book Depository as generally, the books are cheaper and they have free shipping to Singapore. I usually check Book Depository first then if I can't find the book, I go with Open Trolley.

My second time ordering from Love Bonito was also amazing. I bought 2 dresses there and the fit was perfect and the overall look of the dresses looked just like that did in the pictures. I usually spend a lot of time going through all the collections and clothing before I buy because there are so many things I like there.
My only comment about the website is that most things are "sold out" - I would like it if they only put the available stuff at the top then the sold-out stuff at the bottom. Gilt does it this way and it helps me to know what's available and helps me to shop faster. Besides that, I would say they are a good shop to buy from. Very reliable delivery from my experiences.
