If I have to name a favorite online store, Forever 21 will probably come really closely after cult favorite ASOS. And for really simple reasons:
- affordable prices
- reasonable shipping (since they charge based on $ spent, I usually pool a couple of friends and shipping ends up working out just fine)
- suitable range of size and styles
- punctual shipping
- review section for products (always helpful to get someone else's opinion on the product quality and fit)
The last point is really important in my opinion since F21 sometimes threads the line for me in terms of quality :x
I love shopping online at VS for their amazing bras -- they never disappoint! Sizes are always consistent, and the bras are shipped with proper packaging so they don't arrive squashed (even after a pit stop at the concierge company to lower shipping costs). A pleasant experience always :)
I'm a huge fan of the huge range of in-trend clothing that Missguided has to offer, and placed a pretty huge order a few months back. I received my order in about 3 weeks which felt like forever, but it was worth it as I loved everything! They all arrived as advertised, and I cannot be more pleased. :)
Although we have New Look stores in Singapore, I often prefer to place my order online as it usually works out cheaper, on top of the fact that taking into account delivery, I still receive the latest styles before they're out in stores.
Quality-wise, it's usually a hit or miss with New Look. I'm personally a fan of their shoes which are usually really comfortable and sturdy. On the other hand, apparels are commonly poorly made with flimsy material.

I've been a regular customer of ASOS for a couple years now having enjoyable experiences always, and decided that they would be my best bet for Christmas shopping in 2012. But being a little skeptical with international deliveries, I made my order one month before just to be safe. Unfortunately, Christmas passed without my package (Dad and Mom's present).
Being upset with the letdown, I sent them a PM on Facebook and was glad to receive a prompt response from the team. What I appreciate most was that they apologized immediately and assumed responsibility for the package, offering to resend my items. Fantastic customer service, I say!
Right now I'm awaiting the package's arrival with a smile on my face, and with the great experience, am definitely going to continue shopping with this fantastic store :)
