terrible service that do not seem to improve

I am writing to officially express my unhappiness over the service that is rendered by HipVan. Below are the chronological details of my ordeal from purchase till “delivery”:
16 April: Bought two items- Order #130157
• Received confirmation mail, sstimated ship out from warehouse by 30 April
• 1 hour later, received another confirmation mail- Order #130162
o Doesn’t belonged to me
17 April:
• Called customer service to verify the wrong order (#130162)
• I was told that it is due to technical glitch and told that it had rectified.
Till date, the order still appeared at my tracking list but under a different address. Praying hard that it is not charge under my account
2 May:
• Called their hotline again, claimed that the delivery team will call me on that day or the day before delivery on 5 May
5 May:
• Called again to enquire if the delivery arriving. Staff claimed will revert
• 1600hrs, no one picked up the phone call with numerous calls diverted to Singtel operator
• 1645hrs, finally answered and was told that she will call revert 15minutes later again
• 1830hrs received a call and was told that the delivery can only arrived on 7 May between 1-5pm
7 May:
• Received a call at 1715hrs. Was told the goods will arrive in 25minutes
• Hooray!! Was really short-lived. The dining table delivered was a wrong item from the one I ordered. The delivery team told me that they could not do anything. Told me to wait and the customer service team will call me today.
9 May
. goods supposed to arrive. Scheduled delivery 1430hrs to 1730hrs. Guess what? arrived at 2115hrs with wrong goods again!!! Waited in vain for just one dining table.

Till date, i was the one who keeping chasing them for a reply. Not sure whether i will received my table today... Kindly think twice and thrice before you order from them.
