Received my orders with one missing item, and the CS officer is trying to push to blame to the courier rather than taking responsibility of the mispacking. My parcel was tightly sealed and it is not possible for it to be tampered with. Wrote back a reply asking how can I receive my missing item but didn’t get an answer. Even though it was a $20 item I still felt that Sephora shouldn’t have push the blame. Will observe to end of this week and bring this up to CASE if it is still not settled. As I see that there are ALOT of other customer going through this, they should not be getting away with it just by blaming on the courier and not compensating.
I urge other customers to bring this up to CASE too, and DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE EVER AGAIN, no matter how exclusive the product is. High chance you’re gonna pay for something you can’t get.
This is definitely not what is expected from an established company, let alone part of the LVMH group.
