Bought a Topshop reversible jacket http://sg.topshop.com/en/tssg/product/tall-two-in-one-reversible-sateen-bomber-jacket-5404195?bi=0&ps=20&Ntt=reversible
from Zalora.sg.

But the jacket lI received ooked different from the one Topshop has.

But the blue side of my jacket is not quilted.....even the blue colour didn't look as bright...

When I emailed zalora CS, they claimed it was the lighting of the picture. taken hence I could see the quilting

Unfortunately before realising the defect I'd already removed the tags and not able to return it.

So I guess mine's a unique jacket???? Fake or 2 versions????

i unsubscribed already twice, each time i got a reply that it will take 48 hours ?! to remove my email from their mailing list, but i still get emails from Zalora.

Zalora Rider Cursed Me To Death. Convo Recorded.

Your rider delivered my items to my old address yesterday. I placed this order a couple of days ago and as soon as I placed the order and noticed that my address has not been changed, I edited it right away so that your team gets the new one. I even replied to the order confirmation to confirm that your team recognizes that I changed my address and you guys said yes.

I texted your rider to coordinate with Zalora to get my new address simply because I do not feel comfortable giving my address to a stranger- not knowing if he's really from Zalora. It's not a hard task, he just needed to get my new address from whichever department. He said yes but today he called me again to get the new address which doesn't make sense because I already told him yesterday to coordinate with your team to get it... And then lo and behold I got shocked to hear your rider cursing me over and over ranting about how I constantly change my address when this is just the first time I ever changed it. Apparently, he forgot to hang up. I wasn't able to record the beginning because I do not have the intention to record our conversation but I was able to record most of it. Your employee is not a happy employee to be cursing a customer because of a simple matter. Clearly Cris Legazpi hates his job so much that he gets agitated over a customer not giving him a sensitive information he is requesting for.

The call got disconnected and he called me again. I told him that I heard everything but he was proud and did not apologize. The weird thing is he forgot to hang up again and I was able to record our conversation for the second time with him on the background cursing me even more.

Not sure if he did it intentionally because he never said "bye" on those calls he made to me but I have attached the recordings to the email I sent Divine (a supervisor from your customer service department) for your reference.

After all, you guys offered me a 20% freaking discount. What a joke!

It was my first time purchasing an item on Zalora. The price of the shoes was reasonable including shipping. However, when the shoes arrived, IT DOES NOT COME WITH A SHOELACE???????? When i called and checked with the customer service team, they said i have to return the shoes n total in all, it will take about 13 days. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS N RELATIVES ZALORA. SUPER DISAPPOINTED??? They should perform n inspection and check team before shipping the item out. Will never purchased anything from Zalora. Horrible online shopping.

both the first and second time , i asked for store credit for fast refund , even put a HUGE tick on the checked box for the preferered refund mode they still can refund back to my credit card which that particular card has been terrminated.

Most recent one is today , the packer pack the wrong shipping label and i could not deposit the return parcel at the popstaion , hence i make a complain and they give me another label and is backdated more than a month . I AM GOING CRAZY. NOT BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Below is the email i sent to their customer service team that is located in MALAYSIA:

My embellished cold shoulder romper is defective after i put it on and i
got stuck in the romper for 30 minutes due to the terrible quality of the
zipper. I unzipped the romper and it was slightly stuck. Managed to unzip it and try it on. as i was zipping it on myself, i did not know that the zipper travelled upwards but the romper was not zipped at all. I took a photo but I was told that i cannot get a refund because i had ruined the
romper from pulling too hard at the zipper. So, how am i
supposed to get out of the romper if i do not pull harder at the zipper?

I was also told that i should have videoed myself checking the zipper out
and showing that the zipper was slightly stuck, then email you guys, wait
for a reply before finally putting on the romper. The customer service
sounds great no? But sadly, it is just going to piss the customer off
because it is absolutely troublesome and a long process. Was it my fault
that i did not think that the slight stuck at the zipper would turn to such
a big issue and i can't take it off afterwards? Was it my fault to have faith in the products from a company like zalora?

This is ridiculous because this romper was not the only one that got a bad
zipper. I am therefore returning everything else. And mind you, the
terrible quality is only from zalora label products.

I tried it on yesterday and called them immediately today with the tag still on. Have any of you not tried your clothes before because the zipper was slightly stuck? No right? Because it'll most likely be fine after a couple of times. That's exactly what i thought. Only this time, i am extremely unlucky.

I have bought clothes from Zalora a couple of time. Since they launched their marketplace and incorporate many small online retailers in Singapore, Zalora has become my favorite online shopping site. They have plenty of stock and various brand names, which allows me to have a one-stop shopping destination. Apart from that, the delivery service was really quick and trustworthy. I opted for delivery through Bumbox locker as my hall does not receive parcel during holiday and it was really convenient. The parcel was properly wrapped, the color and size were exactly the same as described on the website. Overall I was really happy with my purchases and I would definitely come back for more! :)

I have purchased items from Zalora way too many times that I had to ban myself from shopping at one period! Their customer service is relatively efficient and I must admit that they probably have the best returns and refund system. You can make a return so easily and at no cost using Singpost's POPstations located islandwide, as long as the item meets their return conditions. They provide sizing measurements for most items that are from their warehouse. They sell products from a wide variety of brands internationally and locally. Their own labels (Zalora and Something Borrowed), sell fashionable bags, shoes and clothes and affordable prices and I highly recommend checking them out. Best of all, they have sales, discounts for various cards and promo codes available frequently, always providing a reason to shop there! The only precaution I would say to take is that at times the lighting may differ so product colours may differ slightly from expectations. They have also sent me the wrong item before, but gave me a refund and let me keep the item. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer than usual as well. So do account for a longer waiting time than they state. Sometimes it takes mor than 1 week to come although they said it will arrive in 3 days
