The worst experience I have EVER had with a store.

I am never a Large, but I ordered a large in everything to give myself some room as I know ordering online can be tricky. However, I used their guide which said I was a Medium, ordered a Large and EVERYTHING I bought was 6 inches too small.

I contacted customer service and asked for a full refund. They said they only do exchanges and store credit. OH and I need to pay for the shipping back. Why would I order from this store again, pay shipping and handling both ways just to have likely more clothing not fit me.

The customer service has given me the same answer 3 TIMES telling me that I need to use the guide and it is not accurate. So why the F would i use the guide if it isn't accurate?

This store is an absolute JOKE.

If you want good, quality clothes and no run around, try Hello Molly or Lulus. Do yourself a favor and skip this site so you dont have to deal with their incompetent 'Customer Service' (Courtney in particular)

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer experience. Ordered on Thanksgiving, it is now 12/6 and my bathingsuit hasn't even left Sydney, Australia. I live in the U.S. Only option is for store credit, no returns to credit card. Might as well eat the money at this point. Will never order again.

I ordered 2 dresses and paid for express post on Monday afternoon. A few hours later I received an email stating my express order had been shipped, and included a tracking number.

On Thursday morning, I had still not received my order, and am in the postcode range for overnight delivery. I also checked the tracking number which would not work

I phoned Australia post, who have informed me that my items had not even been taken to an Australia Post facility?!

I was requiring the dresses for a wedding on the Friday of the same week which is why I purchased the dress from this company as it offered express post.

i then sent 2 frantic emails, asking what was happening. On Thursday afternoon with no response. At around 4:30pm I jumped on the ‘chat’ facility.
I was only then told one dress was out of stock, and a ‘glitch’ in the system had allowed me to order the out of stock dress. Instead of sending the other dress, they sent me an email TO A WRONG ADDRESS (their error) asking if I wanted another dress or a credit note. So I never received the email, meaning I was still patiently awaiting my items in the mail.
By this stage (Thursday) there was no way I was going to get any dress from them in time for the wedding I was attending the next day so I asked for a full refund.
They then tell me no, I cannot have a refund as hat is against their policy. They also advised that a tracking number is generated after the order is placed and an email is sent, however that does not mean the order has been sent. How are customers supposed to know that?! Was also advised that they offer ‘express shipping’ but that means it’s posted express shipping whenever they feel like dispatching from their warehouse. What’s the point of that?
I’ve ended up having to just accept a refund and a credit note, as there is nothing else I can do.
Absolutely the WORST online store I have ever dealt with. Oh and i still have not received my refund or credit note!

they don't even deserve half a star. firstly I ordered express and it did not come in a few days, actually took over a week & well over the event date I needed it for. then the 2 dresses I ordered where too small so I sent them back following their instructions, paying for return as well (mind you I got tracking on it from AUS post and signage on delivery so I can be notified when they receive it because I was iffy about sending it back because I heard some not so great review but I paid extra for the tracking and signage) it said on the website to give them 3-4 days due to policy or something.. it's been 2 weeks.. I've been notified that they've received the items worth at $170 minc you but no one has contacted me or emailed me. I've emailed them, Instagram them.. yet no response. I feel like I just got robbed $170. like the least they can do it give me store credit so I can get something else but sadly no they just took my money. their customer service is so f*king terrible it's a joke! i am so angry!

Pretty disappointed with the service of White Fox which is really sad. I ordered a dress on Monday with express next day delivery so that I could have it by Friday to wear at my 21st birthday party. I hadn’t heard or been updated of any progress so I checked where it was and it said processing. I emailed yet recieved no reply so this morning I reached out on their instant chat service and found out that my card had been suspected as fraudulent as the transaction declined before it was successful as a purchase. This I completely understand and as a business it is great to see them being super protective of their customers security. However, my disappointment begins with the fact that I was not advised of this, I was sent a confirmation email that my order HAD gone through and to expect it within the next day so I had assumed it was all great and I would receive my dress normally. It wasn’t until I eventually got hold of a team member that I was advised. Then I was told that my order was processed and it would be ready for dispatch, I asked the customer service team member if they could change the delivery address so that I could receive it on Friday and still wear it to my event as it’s not at my home, which she replied saying I would have to contact Aus Post as it has left the warehouse. Upon contacting Aus Post I was told that I had been lied to and it was still actually in White Fox’s warehouse. I work in retail and I understand it can be annoying dealing with customers that are unhappy hence why I always make the effort to be polite and kind even when I have an issue with a stores way of dealing with things, so I’m really disappointed that despite that, I was lied to and in turn will not receive my dress for my 21st that I specifically paid extra for in postage.

They don’t even deserve one star. I placed an order and their system had a glitch and sent me a dress I had ordered previously through them. Their customer service SUCKS (COURTNEY IN PARTICULAR) and everyone else there...they don’t give a crap about their customers they are money hungry for cheap quality dresses. They refused to pay for my shipping back or cancelling my order. They kept telling me I was wrong. I live in America so it’s cost more to send it back than the dress itself since they are based in Australia. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Go to Hello Molly where they don’t mess crap up—-a lot of the same dresses for cheaper price and better quality!!!

Ordered a pair of bathers from white fox boutique. I am small on the bust and usually fit into a small size. I’m usually size 10 on the bottom but can also fit into a size 8 occasionally. I ordered small top and medium bottoms. The bottoms were way too small but the top fit. I sent them back to order the large. So annoying that I couldn’t swap my product. I had to wait for credit note to be given to me, which I didn’t receive until two weeks after I sent them back. I also had to pay postage. Once I got my credit note, the size large bottoms were sold out. Awesome. Now I have a bather top with no matching bottoms (they are maroon in colour so hard to mix n match as well!) I have to wait until they come back into stock. A customer service girl told me she doesn’t know when they are coming in stock. So angry and definitely won’t be shopping there again. If returns aren’t accepted they need to at least come up with a better exchange program. Worst repliers and longest time to process the returns.

Another week still no reply.

Please contact me and let me know what is happening with my order i am currently 107 out of pocket and still no response on the whereabouts. I now need the order delivered to a new address as the origional adress was for my boarding school wich is now closed for the year. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME

I am not one to go to the effort to write reviews BUT this is an exception I am happy to make! I ordered a dress and a jumpsuit, dress was great but the jumpsuit was not true to size as advertised at all (way too big!) I followed the detailed returns process and paid an additional $16 to express ship the jumpsuit back to obtain a store credit as they do not offer refunds ... a bit sneaky for an online store also making you pay for the return shipping. My return arrived the day later and I contacted the customer service line to confirm it had indeed arrived to which she confirmed it had and I would need to wait a further 3-4 days per policy for their team to process. I waited for another 6 business days before contacting them again when I was met by a rather rude and condescending customer service member via chat. Needless to say she's told me to wait another 3-4 days "as per policy" even after telling her I had already waited 6. A genuine apology and immediate follow up to have this processed today was all it would of taken, now I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth and won't be purchasing again after I have to use up my store credit..... whenever it eventually gets processed!
