Bought a dress based on garment depicted in online catalogue. When it arrived it was such poor quality fabric and completely see through. The dress was unwearable. There is no phone number to contact anyone, no surprise, and it took them over a week to reply to my complaint. The dress online must be photo shopped as it is not see through. They will only issue me store credit and say the dress was not described as being 'lined' Well not all dresses have to be lined to be wearable! I told them I'd dispute the charge with my credit card company and they replied saying so would they!!!! Wow!!! If they were a successful company, they'd have a working phone number and accept the returned dress & issue a refund. Buyer be ware. I am not letting this one go. Hopefully American Express will back me and teach them a lesson!
