At first, everything was good. I made a late payment but they were understanding. For my order, I had purchased above $150 worth of items, one of which was a BO item. Since I didn't mind waiting, I told them to mail out all my items only when the BO item arrived.
However, later, I got an email that 2 of the things I wanted were out of stock. I wasn't too upset, but ONE of the items I was informed about wasn't even what I ordered.. this made me uneasy at first but they apologized and we moved on.
I made my order on Nov 15, and they changed my order status to "Shipped" on the 22nd. BUT ON THE 26TH they messaged me at 10PM that they were going to deliver to my house at 1030PM. I waited till 11PM, only for them to tell me they got the wrong address and weren't coming!?!?! They mailed it the next day.. which is 5 DAYS after the order was changed to shipped.... Annoyed annoyed annoyed! I emailed them on how bad the service was and they didn't seem apologetic either. All round bad.
