Absolutely terrible customer service. After waiting for three weeks on my package, I emailed them to see where it was. They told me that it had been sent back to Australia, because according to them, I listed an incorrect delivery address. I checked, and it was the correct address and it was complete. They gave me a credit coupon to use to re-order my package, but it didn't include the shipping costs I paid and the value was less than what I paid for. They didn't want to put it back in my credit card account, so now I have to order there again. After sending another email, I was yet again blamed for putting in the incorrect address and they offered me a 20% off of shipping. So, I waited for over three weeks, didn't receive a package, even though I put in the right address and I had to pay for it. Worthless.
