Crinkled. Clothing.

I was on a work trip to Melbourne and the malls there are so good! So I went to Eastland and saw Tiger Mist there.

Wow.. the quality looked shocking. Every time was crinkled, the music was deafening and the staff so blase. I left in a bit of a huff as the clothes look so good on Instagram but in reality it's cheap Chinese mass produced stuff. You can get the same stuff on aliexpress serioisjy!!!

Totally disregard all the awful comments below! I have had nothing but fantastic service from Tiger Mist. My order came super fast and I love my new coat (I wear it almost every day).

I have contacted the customer service team before with a question about a product and the girl that I spoke to was genuine and actually wanted to help me.

Would 10/10 shop again.

You guys are the most shitty company I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered GIA pants and it was too long. You guys obviously did not specify the length of the pants on there. I emailed and asked for a refund and got an email back telling me to send the pants back. I spent $30 to send the pants back now you’re giving me a “credit”? What the fuck!? What part of I want a fucking REFUND don’t u get. U actually think that I will buy shit from u after I see the fucking quality? If u guys don’t give me a refund I can just do a merchant dispute with my bank and get my money back. But the way that u guys do business is horrible. Because of the lack information on your website u should have refunded me the shipping cost and I’m only asking for the price of the pants. U should be ashamed of the way your company handles this situation. To be honest, as a start up company, your customer service is already shitty.

Okay so I ordered two pieces from Tiger Mist, one being the Blaster pants from i am GIA and the other the blaster jacket also from i am GIA. As soon as I ordered it, like a day after that, Tiger Mist told me that they had shipped my order. I was so excited, but then 3 weeks passed by and I still did not receive my package. I finally called Tiger Mist and satisfied is an underestimate of how I feel about their service! The lady on the phone was SO sweet, I believe her name was Sophie. She listened to all my concerns and informed me that my shipment had actually entered my country but was just being put through customs which was out of their control. She even gave me a $20 refund off my order for any inconveniece I would face during customs! What great customer service.. I definitley think they looked at the negative reviews and decided to totally revamp their system. But just a tip, make sure to call not email. Emails can take a bit of time for them to reply to but a call is INSTANT!

Ordered 3 items together and paid for EXPRESS shipping although my nealry $300 order was well over the eighty dollars required to get free express shipping within AUS. Neither the less I paid the amount as I needed my items within the next couple of days. 1 weeks pasts I recieve one of my items. 2 weeks past and I recieve a second. Nearly 1 month has past now and am yet to recieve my 3rd item valued at $150. They also will not respond to my mutiple emails asking for an explination or refund. Extremely unreliabled company. DO NOT ORDER FROM if you are wanting item within the time they say it takes to come!!! Expremely annoyed and wanting my money back!!

horrible delivery time I’m honestly disgusted. I ordered something two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered even though I called up and the girl said it’d be shipped on Monday and should have been here at least Thursday. When my mother had ordered something two days ago and it’s here already. So annoyed thanks for ruining my weekend outfit plan.

Very unhappy with the experience.

I needed my clothing by a certain date so i selected express shipping but it still wasnt dispatched after 3 days. I was prepared to wait a few more days as they were having a busy sale period but then i got an email saying theyre out of stock of the item i needed and refunded my money!

It took 4 days for them to realise they didn't actually have any stock and only sent a 20% discount code. Very unreliable website

Absolutely terrible customer service. After waiting for three weeks on my package, I emailed them to see where it was. They told me that it had been sent back to Australia, because according to them, I listed an incorrect delivery address. I checked, and it was the correct address and it was complete. They gave me a credit coupon to use to re-order my package, but it didn't include the shipping costs I paid and the value was less than what I paid for. They didn't want to put it back in my credit card account, so now I have to order there again. After sending another email, I was yet again blamed for putting in the incorrect address and they offered me a 20% off of shipping. So, I waited for over three weeks, didn't receive a package, even though I put in the right address and I had to pay for it. Worthless.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After waiting for over three weeks for my package, I decided to send an email regarding where my package was. They told me it had been send back to Australia and blamed me for putting in the wrong address. I checked and my address was completely correct, nothing was missing. They refused to refund the money back into my credit card account and gave me a credit coupon that was less than the value I had paid for in the first place and it didn't include the shipping costs either! After I sent another email, they blamed me again for putting in an invalid address and offered me a 20% off of shipping. So, I waited 3,5 weeks for a package that didn't arrive, paid shipping costs, put in the right address but still had to pay for it! I never want to order their again, even though I know have to since they won't refund the money to my credit card account. I have never experienced worse customer service.
