It was my first time and I ordered 2 dresses. One was L and the other XL.
They mentioned that L is size 10 on their website, but when the first dress came, it was way too big for me.
I sent it back (and I had to pay for REGISTERED shipping both ways although we live in the same safe country) and they gave me shop credit for it.
So since I'd already tried their clothing, I knew that the XL would definitely be too big.
It was taking forever to arrive, so I asked if they could change it to M instead (since they mislabeled their sizes online)
Guess what the customer service staff said? She suggested that I send it to the tailor! SERIOUSLY?
When you shop online you should at least be guaranteed that the outfit fits. If not, it's just a rip off.
Customer service staff are polite but the policies are really a RIP OFF.
