I ordered a rowing machine. The order went through as you would expect - i received an order number.
The next day when I spoke to one of the representatives they told me it would be with me the that afternoon (after telling me they had duplicated and cancelled the order) So I waited in and it didn't come.
So it was a day wasted from work, which I HAVE TO PAY FOR!!!
I emailed the next morning and didn't get a response so I rang, they told me the bank had declined payment. I spoke to the bank and they confirmed that they hadn't and it must be a problem with sweatband as I had more than enough in my account and they hadn't stopped it for a fraud check.
So now I am a day's holiday short and no rowing machine. When I spoke to Sweatband they couldn't care and blamed it on the bank. Very poor customer service and I will be posting this on every review site I can find as I am out of pocket and incredibly frustrated at their lack of organisation.
