I purchased a wetsuit for my son on the .sg website and the entire experience was frustrating.
Firstly I ended up with the incorrect size because their Size Chart was COMPLETELY WRONG.
Secondly when I tried to enquire about an exchange or refund there was no Singapore number so I send an email and of course no response.
I then tried calling the Quicksilver branches in Singapore, the first shop gave me 2 phone numbers that didn't exist. The second shop simply said there is no number to call or manager I can speak with regarding my issue.
Hence, I ended up calling the Australian number to complain. Granted they did a better job in assisting however I couldn't get an exchange only a refund whereby I have to post the wetsuit back to them (at my expense). I'm still waiting on my refund....
