They do have nice clothes, I agree, albeit some are not of a quality that demands its higher price range, but however, the way they facilitate their backorders is horrifying.
The dress in which I had purchased was due for arrival in mid july 2015, in which I had waited patiently for, and prepared for as my graduation wear. However, even till the end of july, there were no news, no updates, no emails informing customers of this delay.
I emailed them personally and was told that there was a delay, and to wait another 1-2 weeks. Yes, I do understand the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, so, its fine.
However, today it is already the 14th of August, and there are absolutely no emails/no updates/no announcements from there. This is utterly irresponsible, and not a way for blogshops to operate.
They should understand that what turns first-timers into returning customers are not only their products, but more importantly, the service.
