Very disappointed with the Redmart team. Firstly, when my goods got delivered, the detergent was leaking all over and dirtied my whole front gate. So the delivery guy said he will bring the whole order back and arrange for another delivery. However after 24 hours, no one called me back. And when I made a call to their cust care, they had no idea what happened, and I had to narrate the entire incident. And finally they arranged for a re-delivery the NEXT day! So the order is delayed for > 48 hours! And yet they had to guts to tell me they are doing me a favor by waiving off the delivery charge!!!! It is bad enough that the goods are damaged, and then there was no follow up before I called. And yet the website says
