Terrible customer service officer. No patient to wait for customer's decision and want to rush off to end the call. Yes, I am louder than usual (no vulgar languages was used) when I'm unhappy that one of the items was left out of my order and she wanted to end the call. What kind of customer service officer is RedMart hiring?

Very poor customer service - ordered for delivery on Monday morning, delivery does not show up, having to call them for an explanation. Explanation given is a system issue. No fixing offered - just the standard "we will deliver tomorrow". Escalated to a Manager who did not even call back. And I have been a customer for 3 years... no sense of customer experience!

It took me more than a week that I get their follow-up which is still very lousy, after all the time consuming sending emails, explaining, and making phone calls. Worst Customer Ever!!

I have such a terrible experiences with Redmart! Had already several experience before that the ordered item was not been delievered like a drink, a cheese, a roll of toilet paper, wetwipes, sanitery pads ect. Usually when the delivery comes, my helper just takes the items inside. So only found out later that a certain items are missing! Very annoyed and unpleasant to contact Customer service every time. I never want to spend my time to chase follow ups and keep calling until they answer the phone.

Worse customer service I ever seen. I waited one hour to get an update on my order they were never calling me back or providing update. They finally claim the guy came but didn't have any miss call on my phone, no one try to ring the bell. Results: I was one hour late for work and still have to go grocery shop. What the point of red mart? No idea!

Every time I have placed an order, they are out of at least one product or more. They feel they can just refund me but it upsets me as they should tell me either they will provide the item at a future date, a potential substitute, or some credit for a future purchase in addition to the purchase. This is horrible service and I think I will start to consider other options for grocery delivery.

Very disappointed with the Redmart team. Firstly, when my goods got delivered, the detergent was leaking all over and dirtied my whole front gate. So the delivery guy said he will bring the whole order back and arrange for another delivery. However after 24 hours, no one called me back. And when I made a call to their cust care, they had no idea what happened, and I had to narrate the entire incident. And finally they arranged for a re-delivery the NEXT day! So the order is delayed for > 48 hours! And yet they had to guts to tell me they are doing me a favor by waiving off the delivery charge!!!! It is bad enough that the goods are damaged, and then there was no follow up before I called. And yet the website says
"Great Service starts with a GREAT TEAM!
RedMart is selective in hiring hard-working, dedicated employees who naturally focus on doing the best for our customers."
All lies!

Products ridiculously close to expiry

Delivery was not much of an issue for me. The delivery arrived punctually, and the delivery man was responsible and professional to make sure the products were handed over properly.

However, the products that were given to me were ridiculously close to expiry (3 days). I had ordered a number of consumables (e.g. milk, bread, eggs). The milk was a 1L tub, while the bread is the loaf that comes in the largest pack - I'm not sure how RedMart reasonably expects their customers to finish these in 3 days. I don't expect the freshest products off the shelf, but I had assumed the expiry dates would be reasonable.

Service is great and convenient for non-consumables or processed products which have much longer shelf life, but I would strongly NOT recommend it for products which can't be kept long.

Since I'll have to be doing my own groceries to get milk, bread and eggs, I think I'll just give RedMart a miss entirely and do my own groceries.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with Red Mart.

Was supposed receive my order between 11am to 1pm today.

The address given to Red Mart when I placed my order specifically stated my office's name and unit name to which I was expecting the goods to be delivered to. No one arrived at my office to deliver the goods.

I received a call around 11.55am to 12pm on my office phone, which only rang ONCE as described by my secretary (i was on the phone at the point of time) and hence she was unable to pick up the call on my behalf.

I received another call on my mobile at 12.01pm which I promptly returned at 12.02pm. However, Red Mart then informed me that the driver has left, despite the mere 1 minute difference between noticing the call and returning it.
I saw my mobile phone ring (but was unable to pick it up as I was on the phone) and it only rang for 1 second.

Is this considered an effort by Red Mart to inform the customer that the delivery has arrived, when the driver only calls and allow the phone to ring once before hanging up? And only to deem it as an unsuccessful delivery after?

I wish to emphasise that the delivery man did NOT arrive at my office unit, but rather, as I was told by the customer service representative, waited at the lift lobby of my building. I have ordered from NTUC Fairprice several times and they had no problem delivering the goods up to my office unit. I am unable to comprehend why Red Mart is unable to or refuses to do the same.

I thought that my situation was merely an unfortunate situation or that I have been allocated an irresponsible delivery man but after reading the reviews on Facebook, I'm convinced I made a wrong decision in ordering with Red Mart.

The customer service representative told me that he'll call me to inform me by today what happened and what will happen with my goods. Let's hope my goods get delivered.
