What a scam!!!!!! This seller claimed that he sent out the item in tip top condition. Now please look at this horrid sight!!! The worst part is that the seller and the customer service personeel accused me of breaking the case and sending the picture!!!! This is ridiculous! Why would anyone want to do such things! How can you accuse the customer of doing something he/ she did not do. Since such horriede things happened, I would like to let THE ENTIRE ONLINE community to know such a horrible online store. A store which sends out faulty items and claim that it is the customer's fault for breaking it. Now I realised my mistake, and the mistake is buying products from this shop and ever trusting this shop!! Shame on you, shop owner. You are such a disgrace to the entire online e-commerce industry! It is because of sellers like you that people do not trust online shops!

When I complained to Qoo10 that its seller easyhome had listed its ladder as "Shipping Free", but required me to pickup the item from its shop, Qoo10 replied 'we check based on the seller item page, the free delivery for this item is referring for the "Store Pickup". ' When I queried again, Qoo10 replied 'we checked the free delivery is for "Store pickup". '
What are readers' views? Can a seller stating "Shipping Free" be correct to assert that "free delivery" is the same as "store pickup"?

Horrible customer service from Qoo10. Very rude service at the call centre by this girl called Ana.

I wanted to find out what is the delivery date for the item I bought, because it's not stated there in the email purchase confirmation . No indication of date at all. I also couldn't see the possible shipping dates on the screen when I was selecting the product .

I said I couldnt see the shipping info , I want to find out when , cos it's not stated up front when you are buying the product. The girl answered : Of course you cannot see the date . ( raising her voice ) then I said I wanted to talk to your manager, she said Sure ! What's your hp ? ( after I gave her my hp ,she just put down phone and never call back )

Overall very poor service experience , she seems to me eating while talking to me , and her voice was defensive and rude.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I honestly would rate this piece of shit a 0 star if I can. I've been a regular customer of Qoo10 for the past few years, everything was alright until recently I met a horrible seller. That seller refused to cancel and refund my order to me, they even ignored my messages so I can't reach them at all. I spoke to the Qoo10 help desk and emailed them regarding this issue, but all they suggested me was to deal with the seller directly no matter how many times I repeated myself that I CAN'T REACH THE SELLER BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT REPLYING MY MESSAGES! So I asked them, since they are the seller from their platform, I believe they should have the phone number or email which can be contacted alternatively right? But no, they once again told me to liaise with the seller, I assumed that either they don't have it or they simply can't be bothered to help. Com'on, If i was able to contact the seller, I won't have to seek for their assistance right? They acted like it's none of their business and they're not part of the responsibilities despite the fact that I ordered through their platform, so how has it got nothing to do with them? I seriously don't understand the need of having "help desk" if they're being so unhelpful and irresponsible to the point that not even 1% shit was given. So, SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! Nothing happens, you're lucky. Bad things happened, they're gonna wash their hands off and you're on your own. I won't be surprise if Qoo10 has many scam sellers, because they totally allowed such things to happen.

*WILL I RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND? Hell no. Unless I wanna break the friendship. I'll recommend to someone I hate though

    I totally agree with you! I also like to urge everyone else reading this review to take us seriously. If u think we are just vending our anger bcoz we r bias then I r wrong. We are the Consumers & as Gold member we are not even protected by QOO10. And if QOO10 continues to disregard consumers I think they can forget about going public listed. Truth is, they benefited both sides, seller's & buyers. We paid them beforehand & our monies remains in their own pocket yet they do not protect consumers when there's a fraud as well as Con Shop. Please DO NOT BUY!

Qoo10 has a team of lousy customer service officer. Whenever there is any dispute between buyer and seller they will always push away the responsibility. The officer will ask you to liaise directly with the seller and say that Qoo10 does not have the seller contact number, but the problem is we also don't have the seller contact. The call center is of no help at all, the officer will always mention that they had no authority and need to escalate to their supervisor, but the supervisor never call back at all. Disappointed...

I recently purchased Qoo10 prime and did a mistake to download all the coupons , I realized the downloaded coupon validity is only 15 days . I have admitted my mistake and didn't use any coupons and same of purchase i request to cancel my prime account.

The answer from Qoo10 was simply on liner saying they will not help to revert my status almost 4 days they just keep saying same thing even though i was gold member. I realized this service sucks and gave that purchase as donation and closed full account with Qoo10.

So members beware

Let's be clear, my experience with this so-called "store" is the worst. I made the mistake of purchasing a misrepresented product (a hard drive instead of an SSD) and I sought to obtain a refund on that because of it. The seller, despite being an outright liar, got a free pass. Qoo10, on the other hand, proved themselves to be extremely unfamiliar with the English language such that all my attempts at communicating with their so-called "Customer Service" leads to them throwing me pre-set responses to completely irrelevant issues (E.G. responses to delivery problems instead of a response to the refund issue I was asking about).

Even my attempt at telling them that the seller essentially scammed me over the product fell on deaf ears, or blind eyes in this case, since they essentially glossed over the obvious evidence I laid out before them. Instead, I am forced to sit through days and over a week of frustrating communication with people who clearly can't communicate sufficiently well in English on a site largely in ENGLISH.

All in all, there might be good deals on offer, but think twice about making the purchase here. If anything goes wrong, do NOT count on the "Customer Service" ever offering any help.

Hey guys! just thought that I would put this out in an attempt to warn you all of buying photographic equipment from this particular store. I recently just got into photography and was looking a dry box to store my equipment.

Being lazy on my part, I went online to Qoo10 and found this seller AOPhoto who was advertising a Digi-Cab Dry Box. The delivery was quick and prompt with a reasonable price ($22.90). However, soon I found out that the dry box was faulty as it wouldn't lower RH levels below 70% (Which makes it useless) despite me trying everything and buying my own silica gel than using the provided ones.

When I contacted the seller on Qoo10, they ignored my message, forcing me to mediate through Qoo10. What followed was simply one of the worse experiences I ever had on a shopping site. Over the course of the next 2 months, I had to correspond almost everyday to get them to accept responsibility. When they finally told me to return the item via Singpost and that they would pick up the return shipping cost ($6.59), I thought it was over. Upon receiving the item, however, the seller refused to refund the shipping cost by claiming that nothing was wrong on their part and now I'm engaged in another mediation to get them to return the money.

They delivered my TV months after the date given then found they delivered it broken and they kept my money.... 4K down the drain....

I wouldn't listen to these alleged positive posts... Probably written by Qoo10 themselves.
