I ordered a few items for the kids. This included a couple laundry hampers and storage bins as well as a Yvolution balance bike for our son.
Pupsik Studios uses Ninjavan in Singapore for delivery. Fair enough that they outsource this to a local delivery company, but I had a missed call one night since they tried to deliver the item at 10pm. Perhaps Ninjavan can be a bit more proactive on giving advance notice on exact delivery time or coordinate with the buyers a few hours to arrival so that the buyer knows when to expect a delivery (they only give a generic SMS saying the day it will deliver).
Upon opening the package for the Yvolution balance bike, I realized that a piece was missing to assemble the seat. I emailed Pupsik Studios to let them know the missing piece and they connected me the next day with the supplier in Singapore. The downside was I had to drive to Sims Drive to the warehouse of the supplier (the holding company that also manages Mothercare stores) and on-site they provided me the part and finished the bike installation.
Ultimately, it was a item issue rather than an issue with Pupsik Studios, but within a day of notifying them the missing piece they linked me with the supplier and the bike was quickly fixed. I appreciated the quick service by Pupsik Studios!
I have decided to return the storage bins that I bought since I dont' like the structure of the storage bags and the policy is that the buyer is responsible for shipping the items undamaged back to Pupsik Studio in return for store credit. Would be ideal if they could arrange the return shipping, but it is what it is.
