I ordered a bedside lamp from Prubuy on 14 Jan 2016, the delivery date was originally 1 Feb 2016, this delivery was missed due to some logistics problems. They said they would replace it immediately and rush the process. A few days later, another email came confirming that the delivery date is 25 Feb 2016! They have obviously made no effort in expediting the process!! I don't know how hard it is for them to find DHL or UPS to deliver the product to me on the next day! After a few email rants from me and some email back and forth with them, the latest delivery date is now 1 March 2016 with no reason on the further delay!! I have tried to cancel my order due to the frustration, but they say it's not possible before "the order is currently in transit".
Throughout this disaster, I have had 11 DIFFERENT Customer Service Officers replying to my emails. When you have different officers handling the case, those officers just do not appreciate the frustrations from the Customer! A perfect example of companies sacrificing Customer Service for their operation efficiency!
Lastly, after I had made the purchase online, I received two further emails asking me to confirm some additional terms and conditions before they could ship the product! This was annoying at the time, but I later found out this is only a minor annoyance compared to the later disaster I had to face after the order was confirmed!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
