I purchased the S150 suit from PRIVE around August (yes it's been a while--but I'll explain why) and the shipment arrived in 3 weeks. Great news right? Wrong.
The blazer arrived perfect. Quality is great and fit was perfect. Exactly what I would expect after paying over $800 for the full set. However, the pants was a little too loose, so I filled out a form from PRIVE suits and they told me they would reimburse me $50 for the alternations. The alterations came up to $80 so I paid the difference. I would have gladly paid it but the tailor wrecked the pants. The tailor I went to measured me incorrectly and made the pants too tight this time. So I called PRIVE and asked for a remake but they said they couldn't do it because it past the 15 day remake period...
Word of advice: if something doesn't fit with PRIVE let them know ASAP.
After a long thread of emails, PRIVE gave me a store credit to purchase a new pair of pants, which I ended up using. The pants fit perfectly after they adjusted my measurements but boy was it a long process.
I'm only giving PRIVE a 3-star because of the way they handled the situation, and because I now have a fitted suit. However, I think PRIVE should strongly consider making it a 30-day remake policy since we as business professionals don't have that much time to run around the get things altered, etc.
