I am sure not only me. I had ordered some items since May 2016 and paid. I only received 01 item as the other 02 is Out of Stock. Term & Conditions, they will put the rest of the unused funds as Store Credit. It took them more that a month to respond. Then, I ordered 02 items using the Store Credit, and after almost 03 weeks, I checked into my account, both items is also Out of Stock. Not only that, some how, the items accumulate from just 02 items, became 04 quantities of each items. And I have written to them via emails and their support line, their respond is..WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WHEN WE HAVE AN ANSWER FOR YOU. What kind of respond is that?? until this date, I have yet to hear from them and they still owe me RM170++.
