100% my worst shopping experience to date. Ordered according to size chart, arrived OK, fit not super great but OK, but one of the seams wasn't sewn straight and it ruched the fabric so there was a crease all across my chest. Fair enough - these things happen, got in touch to ask how to return. I was asked to take photos of the dress against a metre rule and that I should keep the dress as unless there was a quality issue I would have to pay return postage. I said I thought that was ridiculous and I couldn't do that anyway as I don't have a metre rule, and asked again how to return the dress and how to get the postage refunded as there WAS a quality issue. I was asked to provide photos of the fault, they said they couldnt see a problem. I took a clearer photo, they said they couldnt see a problem, and again suggested I keep the dress, and have a refund on my next order. After about 5 emails I was finally given details of how to return the dress, but still no admission of the dress being faulty. I decided fine, Ill return the dress at my own cost - I dont want the dress. They insist on having items returned tracked - it would have cost FIFTY TWO POUNDS - more than the cost of the dress! Up until this point I had been very polite, but this really wound me up. I wrote an angry email saying how frustrating the process has been, that I felt like they were only refusing to acknowledge the fault to avoid having to pay return shipping, and that they only insist on tracked postage to make returning items as unattractive as possible. The email was ignored for days, and have now just received a copy and paste email saying they value their customers, advising me to keep the dress and accept a THREE POUND refund (?!?), but if I really dont want the dress they accept my decision - no mention of the quality issue or having return post refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - ANY ISSUES AND ITS LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL.
