To avoid crowds in their retail stores, I ordered items from Sephora online store during their 20% private sales. They mailed both expiring and EXPIRED products to me.
I requested for refund for expired product. Of course, they arranged courier to collect expired item from me on 4th November 2017. And since then, Sephora customer service is "trying their best" to repeatedly reply my multiple emails with "Just an update. We haven't received any confirmation for the receipt of the returned items yet. We will have it replaced as soon as our warehouse confirms that it has been received."

It's been more than 2 weeks now. It's not my problem that the warehouse cannot manage their system that they did not check the expiry dates of their products before sending to customers. Very fed up and disappointed in Sephora customer service and logistics to handle such cases.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEPHORA ONLINE STORE AGAIN.

ps: there is no expiry date tag on my expired product. i have to check online based on the product code.

Received my orders with one missing item, and the CS officer is trying to push to blame to the courier rather than taking responsibility of the mispacking. My parcel was tightly sealed and it is not possible for it to be tampered with. Wrote back a reply asking how can I receive my missing item but didn’t get an answer. Even though it was a $20 item I still felt that Sephora shouldn’t have push the blame. Will observe to end of this week and bring this up to CASE if it is still not settled. As I see that there are ALOT of other customer going through this, they should not be getting away with it just by blaming on the courier and not compensating.
I urge other customers to bring this up to CASE too, and DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE EVER AGAIN, no matter how exclusive the product is. High chance you’re gonna pay for something you can’t get.
This is definitely not what is expected from an established company, let alone part of the LVMH group.

Ordered online and came with an item missing. Send an email. 3 days later they replied to ask if the package was tampered with and told me to take a picture of the items I have received. Come on, I see from other reviews Sephora have been delivering with missing items. If I have known sooner, I wouldn't order online. Wasted my $30.
Sephora you really need to improve on your online orders and deliveries. You have again lost a customer.

So happy with this purchase from Sephora! I've been a fan of Nudestix since it first came out and decided to purchase this product as a Christmas gift for myself! The product blends easily and super light when applied on the face. I have sensitive skin but the product works really great! Love that it comes in a tin can so I easily organise all my makeup in it. (Bonus: Tin comes with a mirror inside!). Delivery was super quick (2 days) and online process was pretty straight forward.

I bought BECCA JH Champagne Collection Face Palette , HK$ 452.48 and a staff was suppose to follow me up on my re delivery. Her last email was on 18 Oct and its 28 today, I wrote them two emails inquiring the status of my order. but never received a reply from them. Today, i messaged them on FB and i am currently waiting for their reply. I had always been a satisfied and loyal customer to luxola/sephora but their lousy customer service has really pissed me off. Plus, their hk hotline number+852 5808 544 is always unavailable. Don't bother calling them. I wont be purchasing from them ever again.

UPDATE: On 31st October, an agent emailed me saying that my order has been scheduled for shipping and provided me a tracking number. Hoping to receive my product soon.

On 16 May 2016 i place order via online Sephora .. this my twice order online . the first time i order its smothly nothing to fault i order SK II FTE 99 SGD and its delivered corectly . So i think i want make my black card. I spent more money to.order SK II again . I order SK II Facial Treatment Clear Lotion 100 SGD and SK II Auratrivator CC Cream 115 SGD. I got one free sample to pick up so i pick up Mario Badescue Cleansing Gel 29 ml. And i got my discount welcome white card 10SGD so i must pay 205 with deduction discount. But Sephora olny deliver me 2 item . one Clear Lotion and free sample Mario Badescue so where my CC Cream its cost 115SGD. I sent email to them ...they only replay wait and give me number ticket i dont know what the meaning amd i try to call CS but only pick up for minutes and hung up . my cc cream lost my 115SGD lost too ... want cry . dont want try online shop again its really crap

I brought a skincare product from the sephora online store and realised the I have to finish the bottle within three months before it expires. I called the customer hot line SEVERAL times and wrote TWO emails but the phone was never picked up and the email went no answers. If you want to purchase something on sephora online store, I advise to avoid expensive products, as you might not know the expiry date. This saves you from the trouble from chasing customer service for answers and ship the product back to their warehouse.

Very dodgy website with dodgy customer service. Had several issues over 2 months. First the discount wasn't applied nor was I given a voucher (the coupon says applied so I thought I'll be given a cashback or a physical voucher for future use but the company said its system error and they can't give me the voucher to use although it wasn't deducted from my last order). Secondly, Luxola has recently changed to Sephora online and I was supposed to receive a membership reward prior to the change of website however when my order arrived the gift wasn't included and by then the website has already been updated. So I contacted customer service to ask about my membership upgrade and rewards. All I got in return was that I'm not getting the membership upgrade nor reward since they updated the website even though my order was processed and sent prior to the website change. Very unprofessional. I do not see their potential in serving international customers. They may be able to succeed locally in Singapore or Malaysia but definitely not international especially Australia.
