To avoid crowds in their retail stores, I ordered items from Sephora online store during their 20% private sales. They mailed both expiring and EXPIRED products to me.
I requested for refund for expired product. Of course, they arranged courier to collect expired item from me on 4th November 2017. And since then, Sephora customer service is "trying their best" to repeatedly reply my multiple emails with "Just an update. We haven't received any confirmation for the receipt of the returned items yet. We will have it replaced as soon as our warehouse confirms that it has been received."
It's been more than 2 weeks now. It's not my problem that the warehouse cannot manage their system that they did not check the expiry dates of their products before sending to customers. Very fed up and disappointed in Sephora customer service and logistics to handle such cases.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEPHORA ONLINE STORE AGAIN.
ps: there is no expiry date tag on my expired product. i have to check online based on the product code.
