This is not a – 'it's not you, it's me', sorta case.
No, Love Bonito – it's not me, it's YOU.
No doubt, it was love at first sight when I laid my eyes on your... outfits. You were fresh, friendly and humble. But all that went quickly down the drain one day.
I made an order for a dress and requested 'Express Delivery' – paying that additional few bucks to make that same-day courier happen. Last I checked, 'Express Delivery' DID NOT MEAN a week-long delay or late, cold and snooty replies.
To clear the air once and for all (after back-tracking all my emails about this incident - P.S. it happened about 2 years ago!), I did receive my dress in the end, only it was 1 week and a few hostile replies later. Oh, and no refund for 'Express Delivery'!
It's one thing to make mistakes when you receive too many orders, or if you're understaffed. But it's another to be UNAPOLOGETIC and PROUD about it.
So there you have it, 'Love, Bonito'.
