Purchased a couple of bridesmaid dresses for my sister's wedding, and opted for the courier service for an additional charge. The items were supposed to arrive within '2 working days', but I only received mine after 5 working days. What a waste of money when I could have paid lesser with registered postage, and gotten my items in the same frame of time, or even shorter. The fit of the dresses weren't good too, so I requested for an exchange, but turns out that they don't do exchanges. They only take in refunds, in which the refunds would come in the form of store credits. I wrote in to ask them to make an exception because the dresses arrived late and there was not much time left, so I needed to do an exchange. However, their only response was that I could only refund the items, wait for the credits to be processed and then make a purchase again. That's ridiculous and rigid because it is essentially the same thing, but it takes a longer time. The CSR's only response was for me to place the order again, make payment for them, and then make future purchases with them again using the store credits. What a stupid suggestion. Like I'm going to ever shop with them again with such a rigid policy. Though, I have to give them props for trying to retain (unwilling & unhappy) customers and getting more sales. Never purchased another item from them and immediately unsubscribed from their mailing list. Have been telling people to shun their shop due to their unprofessional and poor customer service. I'd give them a 0 star if possible.
