International shoppers (outside the USA) should avoid purchasing from Miss Karmaloop as they lack basic customer service and do not know how to cater to their international customers, in terms of providing a helpful and efficient ordering process. I ordered a pair of heels from Karmaloop in the wrong size and as soon as I realised this mistake (which was exactly 10 mins after I placed the order) I emailed customer service to notify them of this issue. I even rang their international number several times in order to speak to someone and sort it out directly but to no avail as nobody answered, instead I was constantly diverted to voicemail. The following day they emailed me to say that my order cannot be changed as it is too late!! Their office hours are from 8am - 7pm EST time and the time that I emailed/rang them it was 6pm EST time. They offered no solution to the problem, which ultimately meant that I had to wait (10 business days) for my product in order to pay for return shipment.
