I used to love Jetblue but recently feel like the quality has been going downhill.
On top of this, I recently cancelled a flight, and discovered that the refund policy is not great. Their cancellation policy only offers Jetblue credit, but it does not tell you this during the cancellation process. It also does not state this in any booking confirmation emails as well. Their customer service representative mentioned that this policy is stated in the T&C's when you make the original booking. Unfortunately very few people actually read this, and you should be reminded of this when you confirm to cancel a flight.
Now when traveling around the US, I'll be choosing another airline option.
