Items we're supposed to arrive 1-3 days. One week later, was informed that one item not available in stock so will be replaced and rest of items shipped. 5 days later, no response so I enquired on status. Was told another item was not in stock and will be refunded to me. One week after that, still no response on my delivery, and by this time I already went to IKEA to get the furniture as I needed them urgently, hence I purchased the items seeing the 1-3 days shipping. That's just false misrepresentation cos it took them three weeks and they still hadn't shipped the items out. Asked for a refund, and they said they only refund to store credit and not cash. I'm pretty sure they are in breach of legal terms of our contract so I shall be getting my lawyer to Sue them for the worth of my purchase, as well as for loss of income since I had taken up a interior design project on the basis of their promised delivery date, and due to the delay I had lost the project. Great job, hipvan. I will make sure your investors see what a great job you guys are doing with your after sales.
To those wishing to buy, stay away. Unless you don't mind waiting for something like almost 10 times longer than the shipping duration they promise you
