I paid for a 6 seater dexter dinning table in walnut and it was a 1.5 m table. However, the one being delivered was 1.2 m. Immediately, I contacted the customer service as it was an error on the delivery. It was soon discovered that the table I paid for was no longer in stock.
Danny called me immediately and I was offered the same dinning collection, but the only problem was it's a 8 seater at 1.8m Long. After much deliberation, we decided to accept the offer as we really like the table. When I requested for the amount to be topped up for the table changes, it was a pleasant surprise that there was not additional costs! Hipvan acknowledged the inconveniences caused was due to their error and was pleased to accommodate the change for me at no additonal costs!
I am totally impressed with the efficiency to make the exchanges, the hassle free experiences over the call and importantly the excellent customer service and professionalism to handle the situation.
Ain't the first purchase... am sure I will buy more in good time and recommend all my friends too.
On the side my friends really like the table:) wonder if you ship to Australia ?
