Ordered an ottoman on Feb and the stated delivery date is on 26th March. On the 27th, still no call/email to inform me about the late delivery.
After I emailed and asked about my ottoman when is going to be delivered, their passive customer service staff reply my email that they just received news that the item that I ordered was currently in the midst of a restock and delivery to me would be delayed.
Delay is fine and I asked for the confirmation date of delivery. Still, no reply after one week!!
Not only upset me and turn me into an angry customer.
