Absolutely exceptional! Highly recommended! The customer service is fantastic and prompt! No matter how trivial the questions are, they always provide the solutions. Site is extremely easy to navigate and it provides a highly efficient e-commerce platform. Makes shopping a sheer breeze.

The designs and products are functional and very suited to the modern lifestyle with its clean lines and vibrancy. There will always be a product that catches your eyes and it is quite easy to mix and match items.

Kudos all around and thank you for a great shopping experience. First but certainly not the last!

I ordered the Layla chair un cloudy white and unfortunately the item I received was faulty. I sent photos to hip van and they quickly got back to me and informed me they would send me a new replacement piece and collect the faulty one. Communication was great. Thank you very much.

Excellent service and proactive support. There was a delay with my order and we wanted to change the delivery arrangements a few times. The hipvan team was amazingly responsive and proactive in giving solutions.

Very helpful customer service with prompt replies, their efficiency in being able to help expedite my orders a few weeks earlier for my project is impeccable. On top of that, the quality of their products are really good and worth the buy. Hope to shop with Hipvan again soon!

Very disappointed with Hipvan quality.

First time customer and ordered 2 Camila Bar chair. The first time delivery, one has defect while the other is perfect. Ask for replacement for the 2nd chair.

One week later, they delivered the replacement and this time round, another defect found on the chair. Ask for 2nd replacement.Was getting very annoyed with it. Sent an email to Hipvan and requested them to check the item first before delivering. Else it will be a waste of time.

Another week passed, Hipvan delivered the 2nd replacement. And still defects can be found on the chair! Obviously they didn't bothered to check the item before delivery or the whole shipment has issues and yet still selling the defect product to the customers.

And now i'm requesting for the 3rd replacement. If 3rd replacement still have defects, i'm asking for full refund. Else will seek advice from CASE.

As an online retailer, the process of returning defect should not exceed more than twice.
That shows the kind of Quality Assurance check is not in placed in the process.

The management should review their defect furnitures and replacement policy.

A great marketing website but with disappointing product quality.
Will think twice again to purchase the furnitures.

The bed was as described. Nice wood tone. Discovered that the wooden legs were a bit thin and cracked. I emailed hipvan on this. Summer was really nice and helpful, very prompt reply and help to arrange to repair and exchanged the wooden legs within 3 days. I had a good experience with hipvan and will continue to purchase from them. Bought another small storage box and the item was packaged nicely. Driver also called to confirm the delivery.
