I'm pretty disappointed with the product and service I received.
I was misinformed as to when i was supposed to receive my item. I had to contact the customer service department and chat with different agents at least 4 times.
I was told the item would be sent from California, but it was actually sent from Pakistan. Apparently, there were none left in stock so they had to be sent directly from the manufacturer in Pakistan, but when I ordered the item, they had plenty on hand! Shipping it from Pakistan took a lot longer, and I was never even told that none were in stock..a little communication perhaps!?
I was never given a tracking number, and when I finally received my item, almost 3 weeks later, it really wasn't very well manufactured & the shape of the jacket is odd. The chest is too small and the hips are too wide.
To top it all off, it cost me 36$ to return it (and 20$ to receive it), so 50$ in shipping alone... down the toilet! Not sure why a return label is not offered to customers. A lot of online shops offer that for returns, so that customers don't spend to ship items back, and are willing to keep shopping on your website!
When I contacted customer service about being unhappy, i was told I could get a refund, which is great, but I wasn't made to feel as a valuable customer or that they were willing to go above and beyond to keep me happy and shop on their site again. All I got was a generic reply saying 'Thanks, your refund will be processed soon'. It shows they didn't care that I wasn't happy.
I wont be a returning customer!
