Bought a toilet seat from EzBuy. Seat was basically two pieces of wood glued together. Broke within a month (of course). Luckily my 10 year old daughter who was using it at that time was not injured.
Wrote to EzBuy for a refund. Customer Service took alomost a week to respond between each email. Was told that EzBuy did not perform quality checks on the product. Was told I cannot get a refund for the product as it was received in 'good' condition.
Was offered a replacement of the damaged part. expect to fix the cover, and screws on by myself. Was told it would be easy.
1) EzBuy are you Ikea, at least their products last for over one month.
2) Why would I need your damaged part when I have already bought another seat (I had no choice).
3) To claim that the item was received in 'good' condition is plain dishonesty and thievery.
