I haven't used eBay in years, but I wanted this Finders Keepers dress and could only find it from a seller on eBay. The process was fairy easy - I bid the minimum on the dress, won the auction within a day and paid pretty easily. Shipping took 9 days from the UK, so not awful, but not great. But the crazy part was that they sent NINE emails throughout the shipping process, which seems really excessive. Also the emails were all titled "Important information regarding your Global Shipping Program transaction", which is the worst subject line EVER and made me think there was a problem every time I received one.
Anyways, got my dress (yay!), but eBay has to get a better customer service process!
