I ordered the Kiki bikini in ruby from this company on Oct 21, 2017. I first received an email a few days after my purchase (was charged on my card right away with no product shipped) that they were out of my size in that colour so I chose to wait to the end of the week. Two weeks went by so I emailed them asking for an update which is when they said they were out of that colour and would I like to wait until the end of the week or pick a new colour. Again, I chose to wait. Nothing was confirmed by the Friday of that week so I emailed on Monday demanding that my product be sent right away since I was charged about a month prior. The owner, “Mia”, wrote back a slightly rude email saying that I was charged because my item was a “pre-order” (it was not) and that it would be shipped on the 17th of November. I was fine with that, but guess what!!? You guessed it! Nothing was shipped by the 17th! I emailed again requesting that my suit be shipped or my money refunded or I would report to my credit card company as fraud. I have received no responses from them since and they refuse to take any sort of responsibility for their poor business etiquette.
I reward reviews before I purchased and hoped for the best. I wish I would have listened!!! I’m sooooo disappointed!! It looks irk if you live in Australia they’re great but if you’re an international client, watch out!!!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did.
