Most people are aware of Best Buy, but I think through the years, they've done a great job with their consumer experience factor. Recently I purchased a drone for my husband and selected in store pick up. Nothing only was it ready early (as opposed to on time) it was conveniently stored at customer service for quick and painless pickup unless other in store pick up experience where they ask for your proof of purchase, go back to storage to look for your items probably stacked in a corner, wait more than 5-8 minutes and you finally get your item. At Best Buy, I walked in, walked to customer service, gave them my name, confirmed the items, confirmed my identity and bam, I was out. In and out. Just like that.
