I ordered what was advertised as a chiffon dress in a dusty pink colour.
The dress arrived and is made of satin and is baby pink in colour. It also came with a complimentary stain.
I've been emailing them constantly trying to obtain a refund.
They won't accept the colour difference as a fault, they decided to change the product description in an email to me to say the dress is satin (it was really clear that the dress was supposed to be chiffon).
AND even though I haven't taken the dress out of the package it arrived in, they blame me for the big black mark on the dress.
It's been about seven emails back and forth so far and still no dispute resolution. The dress is unwearable, the stain is really obvious.
They offer absolutely terrible customer service. I assume that even though this is a .au web address, I'm dealing with people in (or from) another country.
Don't spend your money at Amoda Bridal, you will be sorely disappointed. There are plenty of other online wedding dress sites you can check out, don't bother with Amoda Bridal. They're just horrible.
