Becca "Bex" Aronson and Moran "Mo Amir are on a life-long hunt for the stuff they call upscale edge.
Both fashion veterans, Bex and Mo met in grad school in 2011, and immediately bonded over their shared obsession with nonconformist, edgy jewels.
They spent the next two years skipping class to tinker with fine materials like blackened silver, champagne diamonds, and bold gemstones, making one-off pieces for their cluster of eccentric, glamorous friends--from a chic jet-setting Sudanese doctor to a marketing exec with a dope job at Beats Music. Orders came piling in for their trademark "downtown diamonds" and ADORNIA was born.
A celeb following came next, with badass fans like Rita Ora, Cynthia Nixon, and Cote de Pablo. In 2014, Bex and Mo opened their first boutique in NYC, where they cater to a local following of style arbiters. The collection is also sold at luxury specialty retailers around the country.
