Automated Post Purchase Review Request

ShopVenture makes it easy to ask your customers for their feedback with our automated post-purchase review request emails.

If your store is built with Shopify

 

1. If you have already integrated our App through the Shopify App Store, great! If not, click here and follow the integration steps.

 

2. Once you integrate the app, go to your Merchant Dashboard and click the Review Automation tab on the left navigation bar.

 

3. Update your “From” email address, email subject line, post-purchase “wait” period, and add your logo. Unlike your Profile Logo in the Edit Page section, this image does not have to be square.

 

4. Don’t forget to click “Update”. Great work! Your review request emails will start going out to all future customers from this point forward.

 

 

If your store is built with WooCommerce

 

1. If you have already integrated our App through the WooCommerce App Store, great! If not, click here and follow the integration steps.

 

2. Once you integrate the app, go to your Merchant Dashboard and click the Review Automation tab on the left navigation bar.

 

3. Update your “From” email address, email subject line, post-purchase “wait” period, and add your logo. Unlike your Profile Logo in the Edit Page section, this image does not have to be square.

If you’re on another platform

 

1. You will need a developer to integrate our API, which can be found here

 

2. Once the API is integrated, go to your Merchant Dashboard and click the Review Automation tab on the left navigation bar.

 

3. Update your “From” email address, email subject line, post-purchase “wait” period, and add your logo. Unlike your Profile Logo in the Edit Page section, this image does not have to be square.

 

3. Don’t forget to click “Update”. Great work! Your review request emails will start going out to all future customers from this point forward.

 

 

While we’re in the business of maximizing your shop reviews, we also don’t want to spam your customers. We send one email reminder per customer, and we optimize when we send based on how they responded to the first email.
